Shipping policy

All orders are to be paid in full prior to shipping. All orders to be placed via our online shop. 

Orders placed before 12.00 hours UK time Monday - Friday, will be dispatched same day. Orders placed after 12.00 hours UK time will be dispatched next working day. Orders will not be dispatched at weekends or Bank Holidays.

We ship to UK Mainland addresses. Please contact us if you have a shipping destination outside of UK Mainland.

For UK Domestic shipping:

• Shipping cost for any order is £4.50
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 is available on any order at a cost of £8.00
• A courier option is available on any order at a cost of £12.00

We DO NOT accept returns. (please see returns section)

We ship to USA Mainland, Canada, Europe. Please see shipping costs at checkout. If your country is not available please contact us before placing your order.

If you receive any products damaged in the shipping process please report this to hello@theimageexperts.co.uk within 14 days.  

Please note: 
If you request an order to be sent outside of our listed destinations, we will acquire a shipping price for each order and we will not proceed until we have your written confirmation and payment in full. Orders outside the UK may be subject to Customs Taxes and payable before receipt of order. These costs are to be paid by you, the buyer. If any order is refused delivery because of non payment of Import Taxes, you will be charged by us the fee for returning the package to UK.
