Returns

Sales are final. We do not accept Returns.

Goods damaged in the shipping process may be eligible for a return. Please contact us at hello@theimageexperts.co.uk within 14 days of your purchase date. 

Please do not return your order to the warehouse until you have contacted us first.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.

To complete your exchange, we require your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item(s). 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email, as described above to hello@theimageexperts.co.uk
