How do the Colour Fans relate to the Tonal and Seasonal Colour Analysis Systems?

We have purposefully designed the Colour Fans to work with both the Tonal and Seasonal Colour Analysis methodologies. There are 12 Colour Fans, each containing 36 colours, as follows:

Light+Cool - in seasonal terminology, Light Summer
Light+Warm - in seasonal terminology, Light Spring
Deep+Warm - in seasonal terminology, Deep Autumn
Deep+Cool - in seasonal terminology, Deep Winter
Warm+Bright - in seasonal terminology, Warm Spring
Warm+Smokey - in seasonal terminology, Warm Autumn
Cool+Bright - in seasonal terminology, Cool Winter
Cool+Smokey - in seasonal terminology, Cool Summer
Bright+Warm - in seasonal terminology, Clear Spring
Bright+Cool - in seasonal terminology, Clear Winter

Is there an introductory discount for Image Consultants and Stylists?

We offer a one-time introductory discount of 30% off the RRP for your first full set of 12 Colour Fans. Simply contact us at hello@theimageexperts.co.uk to request your discount code. (This cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code).

Is there an ongoing discount on Colour Fans for Image Consultants and Stylists?

Yes, following an initial order for your first full set of 12 fans, we offer a 20% discount off the RRP for Image Consultants and Stylists who buy our Colour Fans. Simply contact us at hello@theimageexperts.co.uk and request your discount code. You will not receive the discount without your code.

How much is postage and packing?

We charge a flat fee of £4.95 for first class delivery on all orders. Royal Mail Tracked 24 option is available as is a courier option.

We can ship to Europe and USA mainland, please see shipping at checkout or contact us for a quotation if your country is not listed.

Can my clients buy their Colour Fans from you direct?

We sell Colour Fans for individuals at the RRP of £28.50, so you can direct your clients to our website should you prefer to do so. (These sales will not qualify for the 20% discount).

Alternatively, you can place an order on your client's behalf, supplying their name and address as 'shipping address' - this way, the order will qualify for your usual discount.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No, you can order as many Colour Fans as you would like. Postage costs vary according to the value of your order.

How will I know which colours to show people for each of the colouring types?

We can supply you with a full set of labels with abbreviated initials to indicate which colours are in each Colour Fan. Please select this item from the Extras section of the shop.

Colour Fans are intended to be used as part of a Colour Analysis Consultation. If you choose to sell them as a stand alone item on your website, they should not be sold for less than the RRP as set out on this website.

Will the colours in the fans match my fabric drapes?

Working in the colour industry you will understand the discrepancies that can occur when reproducing colour.

From RGB to CMYK, the digital and print processes are different and therefore the resulting colours are different.

While we strive to maintain the highest quality in our products, small colour variations may occur in our colour fans and digital colour tools.

This should not materially affect the quality of advice you offer your clients as colour tools are there to provide them with excellent colour guidelines rather than be used to rigidly match against.

Can I return any unsold Colour Fans?

We are always happy to replace damaged Colour Fans where the damage has occurred prior to you using the Colour Fan (e.g. there is a manufacturing or printing problem). We do not accept returns of unsold Colour Fans. Please read about the Returns Policy in the footer of our site.
